2014 has been a pretty busy year for us. We’ve been on some pirate adventures with Jonny Duddle, discovered how Marvellous Maths can be with Jonathan Litton and Thomas Flintham and learnt How Animals Live with Christiane Dorion.
We love hanging out with our authors and illustrators. In fact, we think we have some of the finest (and most fun) books – and it seems lots of other people think so too. Just look at the awards we’ve been shortlisted for below:

The Adventures of Pinocchio the story is classic and the artwork is just awesome, the kids love it
ReplyDeleteLittle Grey Rabbit's Story Treasury. Eighty years after their original publication, these books are as engaging as ever and it's wonderful to have the first six books in one volume.
ReplyDeleteMan on the Moon by Simon Bartram - I'm a nursery teacher, and my children love the humour in this book - seeing the aliens hiding where the main character doesn't notice them!

ReplyDeleteMy favourite Templar Publishing book is Sword of Light by Katherine Roberts because I loved the development of the characters! It was a wonderful read :)

ReplyDeleteMy pre-school grandchildren love Man on the Moon by Simon Bartram. They love finding the aliens although they are always in the same place as last time.

ReplyDeleteI love with my 2 grandsons, The Pirates Next Door, by Jonny Duddle. They love pirate stories and adventures. Also we live on the Wirral Peninsula where they have built 2 pirate ships made out of driftwood and pallets for the children to play on, and can act out being a pirate
Man on the Moon by Simon Bartram - a gorgeous book and, as a teacher, I know just how well it engages children!
ReplyDeleteHector. A fun, cute story, for all children but especially for children who have a dog. It makes you wonder what those dogs dream about when they sleep!
